Ibloo provides modular ERP software and SaaS solutions, including: Ibloo POS – Cloud-based point-of-sale system Ibloo Inventory – Stock and warehouse management Ibloo Invoicing & Accounting – Financial and billing tools Ibloo CRM, HR, and other modules 1.2 In delivering these Services, we process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.

What Data Do We Collect?
3.1 Account & Contact Data
Name, email, phone number Company name, billing address, VAT number Login credentials
3.2 Browser & Device Data
IP address, device type, operating system Browser type, language, location Referral URL, session ID
3.3 Customer ERP Data
When using our ERP modules, you may upload business and customer data. This may include: Contacts, transactions, products, employee records Invoices, payroll, documents, photos, notes This data is controlled by you, and Ibloo acts only as the processor.
3.4 Job Application Data
Resume, contact details, employment history Interview notes, references (if provided)
3.5 Trial Session Recordings (if applicable)
With explicit consent, we may record the first 2 hours of your trial to improve our UX. Sensitive fields are excluded automatically.

Trial Recordings: Deleted within 60 days unless requested earlier
Logs: Retained for 6–12 months for security
Who We Share Data With
You agree to be solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the Services. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses or malicious code, or that which infringes or may infringe intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use the Services for the transmission of “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “phishing,” or unsolicited mass distribution of email. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have used the Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
Customer Data Ownership & Control
If you create and use an Ibloo-hosted database (e.g., via POS, Inventory, etc.), you own the content and personal data you upload. Ibloo only processes this data on your behalf.
You may:
Export or delete your database anytime
Manage user access and permissions
Contact us to request deletion
Security Measures
We implement:
Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
Role-based access controls
Regular vulnerability scans and backups
Isolated customer environments
However, no system is completely immune to risk. Users are also responsible for safeguarding their credentials.
Data Transfers & Backups
Data may be hosted in UAE or other regions based on availability
Backups are replicated across secure global regions
Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 12 months
EU transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (if applicable)
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:
Access your personal data
Request correction or deletion
Object to processing or withdraw consent
Export your database content
